3. Subscription and Usage Fees
Monthly Subscription: Use of the Application requires a paid subscription. The pricing tier selected by the user determines the level of access and service.
Usage-Based Fees: In addition to the monthly subscription, the following fees may apply:
*Dedicated Phone Number Fee:** Approximately \$1.15/month for maintaining a local SMS-enabled number.
*SMS Usage Fees:** Based on message volume and current Twilio rates (typically \$0.0075–\$0.01 per outbound SMS).
*Email Usage Fees:** Based on volume and current Mailgun rates (\~\$0.001 per email).
A2P 10DLC Compliance: U.S. users are required to register their business and phone number for SMS compliance. This includes:
A *One-Time registration fee** (typically \$4–\$15)
A *monthly campaign fee** (typically \~\$1.50/month)
These fees are passed directly from third-party providers (e.g., Twilio and Mailgun) and are not marked up by In Site Global LLC.

You agree to:
